This site is built with WordPress and uses its default cookie options. It uses cookies to blahblahblah. I don’t use any advertising services. This is one person’s site and I’m in charge of everything on this server, pretty much, so nothing here but plain old WordPress with a couple of anti-malware and comment control plugins. There’s not really any customisation of cookies going on here, its pretty basic. Read this About Cookies website it’s quite good.
